The Nike KD 13 Aunt Pearl is a special colorway of Kevin Durants thirteenth signature shoe with Nike Basketball that honors his beloved late aunt, who passed away in 2000. The Aunt Pearl theme began in 2012 on the Nike KD 4, and has continued in the years since as a way for Durant to incorporate his identity into his signature footwear line. The uppers textile material is finished off in a warm hue of pink dubbed Pink Foam. A pearl Swoosh resides on either side of the upper and blue and aqua accenting appears on the overlay panel on the heel. Durants jersey number 7 is embossed onto the forefoot of the pink midsole.
